Leila is a Lawyer, Registered Migration Agent in Australia and Migration Advisor in New Zealand. She has more than 11 years of experience as a Migration Agent and founded VISA Aus in January 2008. Leila is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Lawyer and hold a practising certificate as a Solicitor in Queensland.
Leila has a diverse and varied background in the biggest multinational companies such as Sharp, Schneider Electric, IBM in Dubai and Australia. These experiences have instilled a sense of maturity, emotional intelligence and confidence to deal with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Leila Completed a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. Leila also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Australian Migration Law from Griffith University.
Leila has extensive experience in researching, reading and interpreting Australian Migration Law, Legislation and Regulation. She is Skilled in all kinds of Australian visas and immigration process life cycle; from the assessment of client’s case against migration law and completing relatively straightforward visa applications to undertaking complicated applications requiring detailed arguments and submissions.
Being a migrant, herself, Leila is able to reach out to her clients at a personal level. She is highly client-focused and capable of handling complicated migration cases. Once the visa processing stage is completed, Leila and her colleagues assist clients in the relocation and settlement into their new homeland.
